By registering, browsing, or purchasing from Blendify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue using our services.

• "Trainer" - An individual or organization or company using Blendify to customize or recommend products for customers.
• "Business Associate" - A partner or associate who promotes Blendify or organisation and may assign trainers for customers.
• "Customer" - An end-user who purchases or receives customized products through Blendify.
• "Personalized Products" - Items customized or pre customised by trainers or customers using Blendify�s design tools.
• "Platform" - The website, mobile application, and any other digital medium operated by Blendify.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration details.
• Blendify reserves the right to verify any account and deny access at its discretion.

• Trainers can customize or select pre-designed products showcased on platformfor their customers.
• Trainers are responsible for ensuring that customizations of products for customers and fully responsible for type of product which is customised for the custmoers. Trainers should not violate copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights.
• Any misuse of Blendify�s platform or brand name for personal gain or third-party resale is strictly prohibited.

• Marketers can appoint or manage trainers on behalf of Blendify.
• Marketers must ensure compliance with Blendify�s brand standards and ethical marketing practices.
• Commission or payout structures, if applicable, shall be governed by separate agreements.

• Customers must verify order details, personalization inputs, and shipping addresses before payment.
• Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are permitted due to the personalized nature of the products.

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
• Blendify will process the order only after payment confirmation.
• Once customization and production are completed, the product will be shipped as per our Shipping Policy.
• Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Please refer to our detailed Shipping Policy for timelines, shipping charges, and delivery responsibilities. Blendify shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or incorrect address entries.

• All content, designs, logos, brand names, and materials displayed on the Blendify platform are the exclusive property of Blendify.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Blendify�s designs or content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Custom designs created by Trainers or Customers using Blendify tools may be used by Blendify for marketing, product display, or promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.

• Uploading content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
• Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized resale of products.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the Blendify platform.
• Misusing Blendify's name or logo for false endorsements.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Please review our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
• Decisions on refunds are at Blendify�s sole discretion.

• Blendify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our platform or products.
• The total liability of Blendify, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased.

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Violation of intellectual property rights;
• Misuse of the platform or products.
• Wrong customisation of products

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Blendify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.
• In the event of a pricing or technical error, Blendify reserves the right to cancel or revise an order.

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Any arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English.

• The sales cycle period shall be calculated from the 26th day of the current month to the 25th day of the subsequent month.
• Payouts for sales or commissions generated during this period will generally be processed and released by the 10th day of the following month.
  Example: Sales from 26th January to 25th February will be eligible for payout by 10th March.

• All payouts shall be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other digital payment methods approved by Blendify.
• The Partner must provide accurate and valid bank account or payment details in writing or via the official Blendify Partner Dashboard.
• Blendify shall not be liable for payments lost due to incorrect or incomplete bank details provided by the Partner.

• The sale must be completed, verified, and not cancelled or refunded within the return period.
• The transaction must be recorded and confirmed by the Blendify system within the relevant payout cycle.
• Any pending verifications, disputes, or fraudulent activities detected will result in the holding or forfeiture of payout until resolution.

• While Blendify aims to release payments by the 10th of every month, certain conditions may lead to delays or deferment, including but not limited to:
  1. Technical errors in transaction reconciliation or payment systems
  2. Verification of fraudulent or suspicious activity
  3. Incomplete KYC or tax compliance documents
  4. Banking holidays, national holidays, or unforeseen system outages
• In such cases, payments may be rescheduled and will be released in the next available cycle after resolution.

• A minimum payout threshold may be prescribed by Blendify (for example, ?500 or as defined in the Partner Agreement).
• If the total payable amount is below the threshold, it will be carried forward to the next cycle.

• All payouts will be subject to applicable taxes, including TDS, GST, or other statutory deductions as per Indian law.
• Partners are responsible for providing valid tax information and complying with tax filing obligations under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Blendify reserves the right to withhold or adjust payouts in case of non-compliance or incorrect tax information.

• Any discrepancy in payout calculation must be reported to accounts@blendify.in within 7 days of payout release.
• Blendify will investigate and respond within 15 business days.
• The Company�s decision on payout-related matters shall be final and binding.

• In cases where a Partner violates Blendify's Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, or fraud policy, Blendify reserves the right to:
  1. Suspend or terminate the Partner's account
  2. Withhold or cancel any pending payouts
  3. Recover any excess or wrongful payments made

• Blendify reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this payout policy at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in the Blendify Partner Program after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
