Order Processing Time
- Processing Duration: All personalized orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customization Time: Since our products are made to order, additional 2-5 business days may be required for designing, printing, or embroidery work.
- Non-Customized Products: Standard products (if any) are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details once your order is successfully placed.

- Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days (after dispatch).
- Express Delivery: 2-5 business days (available for select pin codes).
- International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, we plan to expand soon.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: optional, as per company schemes which will be informed when the scheme is active.
- Standard Shipping Fee will apply unless company runs schemes which can be informed
- Express Shipping Fee: optional, where available. Charges may vary as per delivery partner rates.
- Shipping charges can be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you can receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment on our website or directly through our courier partner�s portal using the provided tracking number.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
- Blendify will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
Delivery Partners
- We collaborate with trusted and reputed logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- In case of significant delays or lost shipments, please contact us at support@blendify.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the order cannot be located, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel.
- Inform the delivery agent immediately and contact us at support@blendify.in with photos of the package.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on availability or customization timelines. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Change of Shipping Address
Requests to change the shipping address will be accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be altered.
