- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of successful placement only if production has not yet begun.
- To request a cancellation, email us at orders@blendify.in with your Order ID and registered email ID.
- If approved, a full refund (excluding payment gateway fees, if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
At Blendify, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, Trainers, and Marketers. Since we specialize in customized and personalized sports products, each item is made specifically to order. This policy outlines the rules governing cancellations, refunds, and replacements in accordance with Indian consumer laws and our internal manufacturing process.

- Once customization or production begins, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as each product is made uniquely for the customer.
- No refund will be applicable in such cases.
Non-Customized Products
- If a non-customized item is ordered, it may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged products received.
- Incorrect product or customization error caused by Blendify.
- Non-delivery due to proven logistical failure by our shipping partners.

Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after Blendify verifies the issue.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
- In some cases, Blendify may offer store credit or replacement instead of a cash refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Order Modification
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, modifications to order, flavour, product series, or personalization details changes cannot be made.
- Blendify is not responsible for incorrect details entered during checkout.
Replacement Policy
Conditions for Replacement
A product will be replaced free of cost if:
- It is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- It does not match the confirmed customization preview or order details.
- The wrong product was shipped.
Reporting Timeline
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@blendify.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Verification
- Blendify's quality team will inspect the evidence provided.
- Upon verification, a replacement will be initiated within 10-15 working days.
- In rare cases where the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered at Blendify's discretion.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- If the return or replacement is due to a Blendify error, the shipping cost will be borne by Blendify.
- For all other cases, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- First check your bank account or payment app.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven't received it after 15 business days, contact us at support@blendify.in with your order details.
Force Majeure Clause
Blendify shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivering orders or processing refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or technical failures.
Special Conditions for Trainers and Marketers
- Orders placed through Trainers or Marketers follow the same cancellation and refund rules as customer orders.
- Blendify will handle all refund or replacement processes directly with the end customer.
- Commissions already released for refunded orders may be adjusted or deducted from future payouts as per the Payout Terms & Conditions Policy.
Policy Modifications
Blendify reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on our website with an updation. All policy making remains with the team of Influx Healthtech Ltd.
